Role OverviewLeads client service for middle market clients, supports large market clients, and independently leads on a few key clients. Manages client strategy planning, contributes to program and coverage recommendations, and supports RFP process.
What You Will Do
Manage client strategy planning, support RFP process, carrier negotiations, and carrier contract reviews. Build financial dashboards, projections, and other financial analysis. Lead client and vendor meetings, conduct open enrollment meetings, and create open enrollment communicate templates.
