Job Description
We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of six years of employee benefits/ERISA experience to join a mid-size law firm in Connecticut. The firm offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, drafting, and maintaining compliance for defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, employee welfare plans, cafeteria plans, and executive compensation plans
  • Counselling plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and other plan professionals on compliance requirements and fiduciary best practices
  • Conducting research and analysis on all applicable laws related to employee benefit plans, including ERISA, IRC, Affordable Care Act, COBRA, and HIPAA
