An established mid-size law firm is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits/ERISA Attorney to join its growing practice, offering long-term career advancement and a clear path toward partnership.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience advising on employee benefits and executive compensation matters
  • Strong familiarity with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulatory frameworks
  • Experience advising plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and administrators regarding ERISA compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, governance, and day-to-day plan administration issues
