Role Overview

The Employee Benefits Growth Manager will play an integral role in developing emerging Employee Benefits Advisors at Morris & Garritano. This regional leader will support the successful marketing and onboarding of new business opportunities in Southern California.

What You Will Do

Deliver training and onboarding for emerging Advisors, focusing on employee benefits markets, carrier strategy, agency processes, proposal development, and client solution design. Lead marketing strategy and execution for targeted opportunities, drive carrier strategy, submissions, and positioning for new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Employee Benefits marketing, carrier placement, or related strategy experience
  • 5+ years of Employee Benefits account management or equivalent client-facing experience
  • Strong understanding of carrier markets, funding arrangements and placement strategies
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new applications
