Job Description
Role Overview

Support the renewal process across all market segments, working closely with Account Executives, Producers, Benefit Coordinators, and other Employee Benefits staff to service clients and implement and renew health and welfare programs.

What You Will Do

Obtain and record data, prepare and submit RFPs, develop knowledge of ancillary benefits and Three Flow technology, and market renewal business for all group size segments.

Requires a college degree in a business-related field, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and 2-3 years of insurance carrier/broker experience (preferred).

Requirements

  • College Degree in a business-related field of study
  • 2-15 Florida Life & Health Insurance License (Within 90 days of employment)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Additional language (preferred)
  • 2-3 years Insurance carrier/broker experience (preferred)
