Job Description
Employee Development and Culture Specialist responsible for professional-level HR duties, such as identifying training/development needs, developing training/development programs, and assisting with employee-related activities.
Requirements
Combination of training, education, and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Two (2) year of experience with facilitating employee engagement activities and development/implementation/presentation of employee programs.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of data management via Microsoft Excel tools such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, formulas, and VLOOKUP
Excellent written and oral communication in both English and Spanish.
Proven record of highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Strong organization and time management/project management skills necessary to prioritize and manage multiple, complex projects, potentially with conflicting priorities;
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to understand basic descriptive statistics and common HR Metrics
