Job Description
Employee Development and Culture Specialist responsible for professional-level HR duties, such as identifying training/development needs, developing training/development programs, and assisting with employee-related activities.

Requirements

  • Combination of training, education, and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Two (2) year of experience with facilitating employee engagement activities and development/implementation/presentation of employee programs.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of data management via Microsoft Excel tools such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, formulas, and VLOOKUP
  • Excellent written and oral communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven record of highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Strong organization and time management/project management skills necessary to prioritize and manage multiple, complex projects, potentially with conflicting priorities;
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to understand basic descriptive statistics and common HR Metrics
