Job Description
The Employee Dining Room Cook II is a full-time position within The Little Nell's Five-Star, Five-Diamond, ski-in/ski-out hotel. The role involves preparing and serving menu items in a clean and sanitary environment, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring quality standards are met. Shift runs are from 11:00am-7:00pm, working with a Manager and reporting to the Chef de Cuisine.

Requirements

  • Culinary school graduate preferred
  • 1-2 years of commercial kitchen experience preferred
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred
