Role OverviewThe Employee DOT Local Driver drives a commercial motor vehicle to transport and deliver freight, maintaining contact with dispatch and adhering to regulations and procedures.
What You Will Do
Performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintains shipping paperwork records, and assists in loading and unloading the truck.

Must be willing to transport interstate or intrastate freight, meet driver qualification safety standards, and remain compliant with government laws and regulations.
Requirements
- one year or greater previous driving experience in the type of equipment to be operated
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- valid Class A CDL License with current medical card certification
- no previous 3-year employer history of failed or refused drug/alcohol tests
- not under FMCSA drug/alcohol follow-up testing requirements related to any SAP process
