Role Overview

We are seeking an Employee Evaluation Specialist who is passionate about supporting caregivers and creating a positive employee experience. This role plays an important part in caregiver performance, engagement, recognition, and retention.

What You Will Do

Conduct timely and professional quarterly, 6-month, and annual caregiver evaluations in accordance with company standards and applicable HCBS requirements. Deliver evaluation feedback in a constructive, strength-based manner that recognizes accomplishments and encourages professional growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
  • Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching, or supervising caregivers preferred
  • Experience working in HCBS, home care, or a related healthcare environment is a plus
