Job Description
The Employee Experience Manager designs, manages, and executes enterprise-wide programs that shape the employee experience and strengthen the company culture. They partner with People Team leadership to shape the direction of the people experience and lead programs that bring it to life across the organization.

Requirements

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide employee experience programs
  • Own the annual employee engagement survey end-to-end
  • Design and lead the Progressive Pathways Internship Program
  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leaders at all levels
  • Anticipate organizational needs and proactively develop solutions

  • Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $91,955.16 to $122,606.89
