Role OverviewThe Employee Health Resource Nurse supports the health and well-being of Empath Health colleagues by serving as a clinical and occupational health resource while promoting a safe workplace.
What You Will Do
Implements Empath Health policy/practices to meet all employee health related regulatory standards, oversees the Employee Health Program, and collaborates with Human Resources and supervisor to ensure completion of all pre-employment and annual health screenings.

Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
- previous experience in Employee/Occupational Health in a healthcare setting; 2+ years preferred
- RN licensure, licensed in State of Florida
- Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheet/data management
