Job Description
The Employee Relations/Labor Relations Advisor will counsel employees regarding work-related problems or issues and act as liaison between employees and departments to resolve issues and facilitate resolutions.

Requirements

  • Participates in grievances/arbitrations
  • Counsels team members and management on labor relations issues
  • Acts as liaison between team members and supervisors
  • Conducts team member investigations
  • Keeps abreast of labor relations developments
  • Ensures policy compliance
  • Assists in gathering information for federal/state agency inquiries
  • Responsible for property walk-throughs and reporting
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Maintains relationships with team members at all levels
  • Leads organization with ethical methods and actions
  • Identifies compliance risks and eliminates/minimizes them
  • Creates a compliance culture and fosters an environment for reporting misconduct
