The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) role serves as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters across Neighborhood Healthcare, providing guidance to leaders and employees on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years of human resources experience with at least 2 years as an HR Generalist
  • HR Certification, PHR or equivalent experience/education preferred
  • HRIS experience with UKG preferred
