Cottage Health seeks an Employee Relations Consultant to support employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining knowledge of employee relations practices and processes.

Requirements

  • Maintains knowledge of employee relations practices, tools, and process improvement methodologies
  • Supports positive employee relations through programs and processes aligned with CHS Code of Conduct, Standards of Behavior, performance management and retention goals
  • Serves as a support and resource to employees and management staff on employee relations and conflict resolution
