Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to provide leadership and counsel in the area of Human Resources across several locations. The position will drive key initiatives in areas like performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR certification preferred
  • Five years of progressive Human Resources related experience
  • Familiarity with union workplace
  • Knowledge of employment law and practices
  • Practical experience in a production or service industry
