Job Description
As a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, Intuitive is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to support the Employee Relations Team in driving effectiveness and structure in core ER spans of control. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in supporting an ER function and 5+ years of direct experience in handling ER issues of all levels of complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Psychology or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting an ER function
  • 5+ years HR experience of which 5+ years direct experience focusing on handling ER issues of all levels of complexity
