Job Description
As an Employee Relations Specialist at West Shore Home, you will support and respond to workplace concerns related to discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and violations of Company policy. You will support the ERM and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP's) with investigations, offer expertise and consultation to HRBPs, managers, supervisors, and employees regarding employee relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO), compliance matters, policies and procedures, performance management, and other legal issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Concentration in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Human Resources Certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
