Job Description
The Employee Relations Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee morale, health, and productivity. They conduct client surveys, gather and analyze exit interview data, and collaborate with HR Managers to develop strategic workforce plans and training programs.

Requirements

  • Interview workers in partnership with the HR Manager
  • Evaluate and resolve human relations and work-related problems
  • Explain and provide recommendations to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Perform client surveys and recommendations to the HR Manager
  • Gathers and reviews exit interview data
  • Assists with employee engagement initiatives to improve work relationships, build team morale, and increase productivity and retention
