Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling employment matters arising in private equity and M&A transactions, including employment-related agreements, restrictive covenants, employment disputes, and investigations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated private equity clients and strategic investors on complex transactions and employment matters.
What You Will Do
Advise private equity clients and strategic investors on employment matters arising in corporate transactions, draft and negotiate employment agreements, and conduct legal research regarding applicable state employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of substantial employment experience, with a focus on private equity and/or M&A transactions
- Experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements, offer letters, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation agreements
- Experience handling employment disputes and/or investigations
- Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly required
