What You Will Do
Advise private equity clients and strategic investors on employment matters arising in corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate employment agreements, offer letters, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of substantial employment experience, with a focus on private equity and/or M&A transactions.

- Experience handling employment disputes and/or investigations.
- Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly required.
