Role OverviewThe Employment Case Specialist assists refugees, immigrants, and non-native English speaking clients in preparing for jobs and achieving employment outcomes. The position is responsible for workplace orientation, preparation, and placement, ongoing coaching, and development of agency relationships with local-area businesses.
What You Will Do
Perform client intake and assessment, develop early employment and long-term career plans, facilitate access to education and training, and provide job counseling and coaching.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Counseling, Marketing or related field

- Proficiency in additional languages (Creole, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Swahili, Ukrainian, Spanish, or French)
- Strong coaching skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Access to reliable transportation
