Role OverviewThe Employment Coordinator is responsible for managing the Employment Program, which includes career planning, job development, and job coaching. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the agency and a passion for finding new career opportunities for supported individuals.
What You Will Do
Oversee job development and job placement activities, oversee orientation training programs, ensure completion of Vocational Rehab Reports, and maintain effective work relationships with supported individuals and stakeholders.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Bachelor's degree in social service or related field or experience in a related position
- ACRE Certification as an Employment Specialist
