Role OverviewJoin a leading Am Law firm's Employment & Labor practice in Boston as an Employment & Labor Associate Attorney. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience providing sophisticated employment counseling to employers.
What You Will Do
Advise employers on a broad range of employment and labor matters, including statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment agreements, separation and severance agreements, and employment-related policies and procedures.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3–5 years of broad employment and labor experience
- Significant experience with employment counseling
- Experience advising clients regarding statutory and regulatory compliance
- Experience drafting and negotiating executive employment and separation agreements
- Experience handling employment issues arising in Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate transactions
- Employment litigation experience is a plus
