You will partner with public and private employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including handling cases, drafting policies, advising leadership, and representing clients before agencies.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation
- A Virginia law license
- Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in building relationships
