Role Overview

We are seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join our Labor & Employment group in Richmond. This role is about being a trusted advisor to employers who rely on us for clear guidance and effective advocacy.

You will partner with public and private employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including handling cases, drafting policies, advising leadership, and representing clients before agencies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation
  • A Virginia law license
  • Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in building relationships
