This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and class action cases, as well as arbitration proceedings.
What You Will Do
Handle employment litigation matters, including class actions, single-plaintiff cases, and arbitrations, advise clients on emerging employment law issues, collaborate with a team to provide strategic counsel on employment-related matters, and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of employment litigation experience
- Admission to the Oregon State Bar or eligibility to waive in
