Job Description
Employment Litigation Associate Attorney – Junior to Senior Level. Direct Counsel is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join a national law firm with a strong and growing employment practice in Washington.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation
  • A solid understanding of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations
  • Prior experience at a large defense firm or a boutique handling sophisticated employment cases
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills, with an emphasis on practical problem-solving
