Role OverviewThis position is responsible for promoting and marketing organization services to employers, businesses, and vocational training/education providers to increase access and secure unsubsidized and career-oriented employment. The role involves providing qualitative analysis of employment service providers, representing the organization on committees, and collaborating with service provider networks and policy development groups.
What You Will Do
Develops and implements successful marketing strategies, recruits unsubsidized job slots, and performs mock interviews with program participants. Identifies entry-level and career track positions, develops and maintains an information bank regarding unsubsidized employment opportunities, and coordinates job fairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience, including working in employment-related social services and with populations with multiple barriers affecting employability. Experience placing individuals ages 18-24 in successful employment is preferred.
