Role OverviewOversees the enrollment process, development, and management of individualized skill-building and employment plans, ensuring all services are delivered in alignment with best practices and funding source requirements. Supports participants in identifying and pursuing skill-building and employment goals, implementing tailored plans to help them secure, retain, and advance in employment.
What You Will Do
Provides expert guidance in career exploration, job search strategies, employment applications, resume development, interview preparation, and essential job skills. Attends networking events in the community to cultivate relationships with local employers to help create job opportunities that align with participant goals and abilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Builds and sustains relationships with funding sources, submitting accurate reports and participating in accreditation, licensing, and audit meetings as required. Assesses participants’ basic financial wellness needs, providing foundational financial education and resources.
Requirements
- Associate degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar field
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Previous case management/coaching experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- At least an intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
