Role OverviewWe are seeking an Employment Placement Specialist, Community Corrections who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in a residential setting. The Employment Placement Specialist, Community Corrections is responsible for providing and coordinating employment programs to assist and support resident/inmates in their job search activities to secure and maintain gainful employment.
What You Will Do
Develop, coordinate, present and facilitate employment programs/workshops, provide resident/inmates with employment assistance, assist in coordinating on-site employment job fairs, and develop and maintain relationships with community employers.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in employment placement or a related field
