Role OverviewAs an Employment Placement Specialist, you will oversee the enrollment process, develop and manage individualized skill-building and employment plans, and provide expert guidance in career exploration, job search strategies, and employment applications. You will also attend networking events to cultivate relationships with local employers and deliver training and coaching to participants with diverse abilities.

You will also attend networking events and facilitate group and individual training opportunities.
