Role OverviewAs an Employment Placement Specialist, you will oversee the enrollment process, development, and management of individualized skill-building and employment plans, ensuring all services are delivered in alignment with best practices and funding source requirements. You will support participants in identifying and pursuing skill-building and employment goals, implementing tailored plans to help them secure, retain, and advance in employment.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing expert guidance in career exploration, job search strategies, employment applications, resume development, interview preparation, and essential job skills. You will also attend networking events in the community to cultivate relationships with local employers to help create job opportunities that align with participant goals and abilities.

Previous case management/coaching experience is preferred, and you will need to be able to maintain confidentiality and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
