Role OverviewThe Employment Services Trainer- Community (ESTC) provides employment skills, digital literacy, and Goodwill Career Pathways Institute (GCPI) support to the Workforce Development unit at Goodwill Central Oklahoma. The ESTC works with job seekers to identify areas of interest, evaluate barriers, and create plans and employment documents to locate job or career tracks that meet the needs of the clients served.
What You Will Do
Deliver employment skill services to clients within the northern region of Goodwill's area to community and partner organizations. Facilitate workshops for community clients, including writing cover letters, resumes, conducting online job searches, and basic computer skill development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or human services related industry
- 1 year of public speaking or teaching experience
- Experience in job development for individuals with multiple barriers to employment
- Data driven
- Ability to multi-task to best serve clients and help meet their needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to navigate the internet with ease
- Must have OK driver's license, valid insurance, and a clean driving record
