Role OverviewThe Employment Consultant is responsible for promoting and marketing Humanim's Employment Services programs in Maryland, building relationships with referral sources, and raising brand awareness.
What You Will Do
Provide educational information about Humanim's programs, create relationships for clients to obtain employment, and coordinate with the clinical team to recommend additional services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in employment services, preferably in a non-profit organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
