Job Description
Hope Haven is looking for a full-time Employment Specialist to engage clients and communities, promote integrated employment, and form partnerships with local companies. The candidate will represent the philosophy of Hope Haven and "Employment First" principles to promote competitive employment for youth and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, sociology, psychology, education, human resources, marketing, sales, or business, or commensurate experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal/counseling skills
  • Skills in computer use and word processing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Up to date physical
  • Clearance from all applicable background checks
