Job Description
Catholic Charities of Baltimore seeks an Employment Specialist to support participants in entering and advancing in the job market through individualized job placement support, job readiness instruction, and employer engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years' experience in workforce development, career counseling, employment services, or case management
  • Experience working with diverse and/or underserved populations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners
