Role OverviewThe Employment Tax Relationship Specialist serves as the primary point of contact and key liaison for clients regarding employment tax matters, working closely with internal payroll, tax, finance, legal, and human resources teams to support accurate, timely, and compliant employment tax operations.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary relationship contact for employment tax questions, escalations, and service needs, research and resolve payroll tax inquiries, notices, and account discrepancies, and coordinate timely responses to tax notices, agency inquiries, and audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or directly related field
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Knowledge of MasterTax, Prism, and SalesForce
- Understanding of accounting and general ledger analysis
- Knowledge of employment taxes as well as state and local taxes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Excel and Word
