Role OverviewThe Employment Training Program Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of the Employment Training program and the Youth Force paid internship program. The role is responsible for coordinating the weekly schedule and assignments for all staff and interns, managing youth payment and program budget, and ensuring appropriate documentation of all operations.

The primary responsibilities of the Employment Training Program Manager include overseeing the implementation and execution of the Employment Training Program, overseeing the Youth Force internship program, and supervising record keeping for programs.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in workforce development, academic or related discipline
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Transferable leadership experience, leading workforce development and/or youth development programs
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, diverse environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience working with homeless, at-risk, and runaway youth
