Role OverviewThe Employment Specialist provides support and guidance to individuals in their pursuit of employment, helping them achieve meaningful employment and promote their independence and inclusion within the workforce.
What You Will Do
Assess skills, develop individualized plans, address barriers to employment, assist with job searching skills, resume writing, interviewing/social skills, and workplace behavior, provide on-the-job support, and promote workplace integration.
