Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Employment Transactions Associate Attorney to join an Am Law firm’s Corporate / Private Equity practice in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, or Palo Alto. The ideal candidate has strong company-side employment law experience and a desire to focus on transactional support and counseling within M&A and private equity deals.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of company-side labor & employment experience
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions and handling employment diligence
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California Bar required
