Role OverviewThe EMR Support Specialist is a Level-2 Support position within the IT Help Desk, responsible for day-to-day data accuracy and maintenance within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
What You Will Do
Trouble-shoot system issues, provide IT support to employees, perform patient panel cleanup, update and maintain referring physician records, and support data accuracy and consistency within the EMR system.
