Job Description
The EMS Senior Technician will assist the EMS Supervisor in maintaining the district HVAC Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) while working with the LAUSD technical quality support team (TQST) to identify energy-saving opportunities and suggest facility improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years' professional experience as an HVAC DDC technician
  • Understanding of computer networking principles, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to wire, start up, and troubleshoot basic HVAC DDC maintenance issues
