Role OverviewMedcor is looking to hire a full-time EMT or Paramedic to be the Clinic Manager at our construction site clinic in El Paso, TX. The Clinic Manager will provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling. They will also be responsible for the clinic operations, working collaboratively with key client stakeholders and medical and operational leadership at Medcor.
What You Will Do
The Clinic Manager will administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations, provide superior customer service to Medcor's client and employees, and assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence Based Medicine protocols.

Requirements
- Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and other technology skills
- Familiarity with EMR software
- Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
