Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at our employer-based occupational health clinic in Richmond, California. As the Clinic Manager, you’ll provide direct patient care while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the onsite clinic.
What You Will Do
You’ll treat workplace injuries and illnesses, support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and partner closely with Medcor leadership, client contacts, and outside medical providers.

Requirements
- Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure required for the position
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to operationally lead and support an onsite clinic
- Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills, including comfort working with electronic medical records
- Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical, operational, and client teams
