What You Will Do
Provide patient care, ongoing workers' compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. Participate in daily operations, provide customer service, and support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.

Requirements
- Valid licensure for the position
- Current CPR/BLS
