Role OverviewMedcor is hiring an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN on a PRN basis to work as an Onsite Health Technician in their employer-based occupational health clinic in Cedar Falls, IA. The role involves patient care, case management, and treatment plan monitoring. The clinic operates on a PRN basis, with no guaranteed hours.
What You Will Do
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Worksite Health Technician include patient care, ongoing workers' compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. The role also involves building and maintaining internal team relationships and supporting onsite employee health and wellness efforts.

Requirements
- LOVE what you do
- Have valid licensure for the position in which you are applying
- Have current CPR/BLS
- Have strong computer and other technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc), as well as familiarity with EMR software
- Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
