Job Description
Ensure Yamaha employees are able to do their work without technological barriers. Provide first-level end-user voice and computer support, configure conference room equipment, and manage computer leases and deployments.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience
  • Progressive success providing customer service and with IT Help Desk Platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Windows 11 and/or Mac OS administration and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated success with computing support experience
  • Basic network and UC knowledge
  • Expert in desktop OS support
