Job Description
Job Summary: End User Support Analyst I is responsible for providing technical support to District employees, troubleshooting computer issues, and assisting with setup and deployment of end-user devices. Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills, customer service experience, experience with setup and troubleshooting of iPhones, iPads, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Requirements

  • Respond to end-user requests and incidents via phone, in person, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues
  • Set up and deploy end-user devices and peripherals
  • Support mobile device setup and troubleshooting
  • Document work performed in tickets and maintain accurate notes and task tracking
