Role OverviewCastalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Energetics Network Development Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities. The analyst will explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission environment. The analyst will also leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers, DoD officials, and operational customers about issues pertaining to a specified client area of responsibility.

The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities such as exploring new data sources, creating effective queries, validating information, applying client tradecraft, leveraging targeting techniques, and analyzing the development of products tailored to clients.

A qualified candidate will have experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments, experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis, and experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments
- Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis
- Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients
- Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
