Requirements

  • Conduct and document residential energy audits, including site assessments and data collection
  • Identify and evaluate energy efficiency opportunities
  • Perform in-home assessments of insulation, HVAC systems, ductwork, windows, weather-stripping, and lighting
  • Educate customers on recommended energy-saving measures and available incentives, loans, and tax credits
  • Promote participation in energy efficiency programs and guide homeowners through next steps
