What You Will Do
Represent clients in sophisticated energy and infrastructure transactions, advise on acquisitions and dispositions, support equity investments, assist with project development and financing, conduct and supervise legal due diligence, and draft and negotiate principal transaction agreements.

Requirements

- Strong experience drafting and negotiating principal and ancillary transaction agreements
- Experience coordinating with specialists, including tax, environmental, real estate, and regulatory counsel
- Active New York Bar admission
